WakeelsApp is Pakistan's first AI-powered legal case management platform, built exclusively for Pakistani lawyers and legal professionals. It helps you manage cases across all Pakistani courts, track hearing dates, store documents, and get AI-powered legal research — all in one app. It is free for all lawyers registered with a recognised bar council in Pakistan.

• Download WakeelsApp from the Google Play Store
• Open the app and tap Register
• Enter your name, email address, and phone number
• Select your bar council and provide your membership number
• Verify your phone number via OTP
• You're in — start adding your cases immediately

WakeelsApp supports all major bar councils in Pakistan:

• Punjab Bar Council
• Sindh Bar Council
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Bar Council
• Balochistan Bar Council
• Islamabad Bar Council
• Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBAP)

Support for additional district bar councils is continuously being added.

WakeelsApp is currently available on Android devices via the Google Play Store. An iOS version for iPhone and iPad is planned for a future release. You can contact us to be notified when the iOS version launches.

From the Cases screen, tap the + button in the bottom right corner. Enter the case title, select the court, add parties (petitioner/respondent), and set the next hearing date. You can also add case notes and upload documents straight away.

When you add a hearing date to a case, WakeelsApp automatically schedules reminders. You can customise reminder timing (e.g. 1 day before, 1 hour before) from the hearing settings. Make sure notifications are enabled for WakeelsApp in your phone's settings to receive reminders.

The Missed Cases screen automatically flags cases where a hearing date has passed but no outcome has been recorded. This helps you stay on top of cases that need follow-up and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. You can mark cases as heard, adjourned, or update their status directly from this screen.

Yes. Inside any case, go to the Documents tab and tap the upload button. You can attach PDFs, images, and other files. Documents are stored securely in the cloud and are accessible across devices when you're logged into the same account.

No. WakeelsApp allows you to add unlimited cases. There is no cap on the number of cases, hearings, or documents you can manage. The app is designed to handle the full caseload of a busy Pakistani lawyer.

WakeelAI is Pakistan's first bilingual AI legal assistant, built directly into WakeelsApp. You can ask legal questions in Urdu or English and receive instant, AI-powered research and guidance. WakeelAI is trained with a focus on Pakistani law, statutes, and court procedures.

Yes. WakeelAI fully supports both Urdu and English. You can type your legal questions in Urdu script, Roman Urdu, or English, and WakeelAI will respond in kind.

No. WakeelAI is a legal research and information tool designed to assist qualified lawyers — not to replace professional legal judgement. Responses from WakeelAI should be treated as a starting point for research, not a definitive legal authority. You remain solely responsible for your professional advice and court submissions. WakeelAI usage may be subject to fair-use limits to ensure quality service for all users. Your usage allowance is displayed in the app under Profile → Usage. Limits may vary over time as the service scales.

Your WakeelAI conversations are private to your account and are not visible to other users. Anonymised, aggregated query data may be used to improve AI model quality. We never share identifiable conversations with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes. You can log into WakeelsApp on multiple Android devices using the same account. Your cases, documents, and data are synced to the cloud and will be available on all your devices.

You can delete your account in two ways:

• In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
• By request: Visit our Account Deletion page or email privacy@wakeelsapp.com

Deletion is permanent and removes all your cases, documents, and data within 30 days.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on our secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security practices. We never sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Yes — WakeelsApp is 100% free for all Pakistani lawyers. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges, and no credit card required. We are committed to making professional-grade legal tools accessible to every lawyer in Pakistan regardless of firm size.

Currently, WakeelsApp does not offer any in-app purchases. All features — including case management, WakeelAI, the hearing calendar, and document storage — are available at no cost.

We are committed to keeping the core features of WakeelsApp free for Pakistani lawyers. If premium features are introduced in the future, existing users will be given ample notice and the core functionality will remain free.

WakeelsApp requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later. For the best experience, we recommend Android 10 or newer.

• Make sure you have the latest version of WakeelsApp installed
• Restart the app and your device
• Check your internet connection — the app requires an active connection for most features
• Clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → WakeelsApp → Clear Cache
• If problems persist, contact our support team and describe the issue in detail

• Ensure notifications are enabled for WakeelsApp: Phone Settings → Apps → WakeelsApp → Notifications → Allow
• Check that Battery Optimisation is disabled for WakeelsApp to prevent the OS from killing background processes
• Verify your hearing dates are set correctly in the app
• Make sure your phone's Do Not Disturb schedule isn't blocking notifications during court hours

Open Google Play Store, search for WakeelsApp, and tap Update if an update is available. We recommend enabling auto-updates for WakeelsApp so you always have the latest features and security fixes.
