Delete In-App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within the WakeelsApp application.
- 1Open WakeelsApp on your device
- 2Go to Profile tab
- 3Tap Settings
- 4Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- 5Confirm deletion — your account is removed within 30 days
Request by Email
If you can't access the app, send an email request and we'll process your deletion within 7 business days.
- 1Email us at privacy@wakeelsapp.com
- 2Use subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- 3Include your registered email address
- 4We'll verify your identity and confirm deletion
- 5Deletion completed within 7 business days
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Before you delete your account, please be aware:
- All your cases, hearings, documents, and notes will be permanently deleted
- Your WakeelAI conversation history will be removed
- You will lose access to all case data immediately upon deletion
- We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account
👤 Account Profile Deleted
Your name, email, phone number, bar council information, and all profile details are permanently erased.
⚖️ Cases & Hearings Deleted
All case records, hearing dates, parties, case notes, and related data are permanently deleted.
📁 Documents Deleted
All uploaded documents, attachments, and files stored in your document vault are permanently removed.
🤖 WakeelAI History Deleted
All AI chat sessions, queries, and conversation history are permanently deleted from our systems.
🔔 Reminders Deleted
All reminders, notifications, and scheduled alerts are cancelled and deleted.
📊 Usage Logs Retained 90 days
Anonymised usage and security logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud prevention, then permanently deleted.
